Services
I offer psychotherapy, coaching, and training—compassionate and professional support for healing, growth, and professional development.
Psychotherapy
I provide a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you gain greater self-awareness, develop healthier ways of coping, and find a path towards lasting emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
Professional Coaching
I offer a confidential, supportive space to reflect, grow and move forward with confidence. Whether you’re developing your leadership, navigating career transitions, overcoming workplace challenges or striving to reach your potential, coaching is tailored to your individual goals. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, increase self-awareness and create practical strategies to help you thrive both personally and professionally.
Training
I provide bespoke training for healthcare professionals, charities, businesses and organisations, creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that are both practical and meaningful. Drawing on extensive experience in psychotherapy, bereavement care, leadership and healthcare, each session is tailored to your needs, equipping individuals and teams with the knowledge, confidence and skills to create lasting positive change.
Training in Practice
Supporting Professionals After a Child Death
Critical Care & Emergency Medicine, Lister Hospital
Full-day simulation training for doctors focused on the professional and human experience of managing the death of a child, including the impact on individuals and teams. We explored how meaningful hot and cold debriefs can create psychologically safer opportunities to reflect, process difficult experiences, support colleagues and identify learning following a child death in A&E.
Complex Communication, Triggers & Self-Care
Woodside Bereavement Listening Volunteer, Croydon
An interactive 3-hour session exploring the complexities of listening and communicating with people who are grieving, including recognising personal and emotional triggers, maintaining appropriate boundaries, and developing meaningful approaches to self-care and reflective practice when supporting others through loss.
Every session is tailored to the people in the room – combining evidence, lived and professional experience, sumulation, reflection and practical tools that can be taken back into everyday practice.
Why Work With Me
Extensive Experience
My work is shaped by over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families and professionals across healthcare, bereavement services, leadership, coaching and psychotherapy. This breadth of experience allows me to offer thoughtful, compassionate and practical support, always tailored to your unique circumstances, goals and aspirations.
Multilingual Support
I offer psychotherapy, professional development coaching and training in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. Being able to communicate in your preferred language can make it easier to express thoughts, emotions and experiences, helping to create a stronger sense of understanding, trust and connection throughout our work together.
Lived Experience
My work is informed not only by evidence-based practice and professional experience, but also by my own lived experience of loss and life’s challenges. This allows me to offer a compassionate, authentic and respectful space where you can feel safe to explore whatever brings you to Gallant Therapy.
Yes, that’s little me.
